Privacy policy for PPL complaint management system

YOBYTECH Automation Private Limited has developed this Mobile Application as a part of the complaint management system for Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL). This application is designed to facilitate residents to log in via their mobile number with OTP authentication, raise complaints related to civil and electrical issues, and track their resolution through service providers.

No personal data or complaint details are shared with any third party outside the authorized stakeholders within Paradeep Phosphates Limited and designated service providers.

All data transmission is secured and used only for the purposes of complaint management and resolution.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data retention policies are governed by Paradeep Phosphates Limited, and all rights regarding data handling belong solely to them.

When a user deletes their account, all personal data associated with that account, including login information and complaint history, will be permanently deleted from our systems and from the systems of authorized service providers as per company policy.

This ensures that no personal data remains stored or processed once the account is removed, safeguarding your privacy.

App Permissions and Usage

The app requires internet connectivity solely to authenticate users and manage complaint workflows.

Location services are not currently enabled but may be introduced in the future for enhanced functionality such as verifying complaint locations or on-site service provider check-ins. If implemented, users will be explicitly notified with purpose-specific alerts before any location data is accessed or used.

This app does not use any third-party sites, services, or trackers.
